Merhnoosh Afshari brings more than two decades of hands-on healthcare expertise to the clinic. After earning her BSc in Nursing from the University of Isfahan, she spent ten years at Shiraz’s Namazi Hospital, caring for patients in Bone Marrow Transplant and Haemodialysis units.

 Relocating to the UK, Merhnoosh translated her clinical skill set to dentistry, qualifying as both a Dental Nurse and an Oral Health Educator. Since 2015 she has overseen every operational aspect of the practice: ensuring CQC compliance, nurturing the clinical and reception teams, and guaranteeing each patient a smooth, reassuring journey. In 2018, she became a business partner and now plays an even more important role in clinic’s growth and long-term strategy.



 Away from the clinic, she keeps busy by playing the Persian tar, working out, cooking for loved ones, and discovering new destinations whenever she can.
